Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns Period

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unused, unopened, with tags (where applicable), and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at info@nultrafit.shop. Returns must be requested and approved in advance. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Opened / Used Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of any opened, used, or partially consumed items under any circumstances, including food, drink, supplements, capsules, powders, bars, or any item with a broken seal.

If a return is received that does not meet these criteria:

  • The return will be refused
  • The customer will be required to cover the cost of shipping the item back to them

If return shipping is not paid within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to dispose of the item.


Damages, Faults & Incorrect Items

Orders must be inspected upon delivery. Any faults, damage, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Sufficient photographic evidence must be provided, including:

  • The item
  • Any visible damage or fault
  • The outer packaging

Failure to notify us within this timeframe or to provide sufficient evidence may result in the request being refused.

All claims are subject to investigation.

Where an issue is confirmed, we may offer one of the following resolutions depending on the situation:

  • Partial refund (based on severity)
  • Discounted replacement
  • Full refund or replacement (upon return of the item where required)

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used food, drink, or supplement products
  • Items with broken hygiene or safety seals
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (change-of-mind returns only)

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.


Failed Deliveries & Returned to Sender Orders

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to no one being available at the delivery address, refusal of delivery, failure to arrange re-delivery with the courier, or an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout, the courier may return the parcel to us.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for accepting delivery or arranging re-delivery lies with the customer. Courier tracking data and delivery attempt logs will be used to assess failed delivery cases.

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Failure to engage with the courier
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

The order will be treated as a returned delivery.

In these cases, the order will be cancelled and refunded once the parcel is received back, with the following deductions applied:

  • Original delivery/postage charge (non-refundable once dispatch has occurred)
  • A 10% re-stocking fee, to cover handling, return processing, and supplier charges

Re-delivery is not automatic. If the customer wishes to receive the items again, a new order must be placed.


Postage & Re-Stocking Fees

For change-of-mind returns and returned deliveries:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • A 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund
  • Original delivery/postage charges are non-refundable once dispatch has occurred

Re-stocking fees do not apply where the issue is due to an error on our part (faulty, damaged, or incorrect items).


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, the original order must be returned (where eligible) and a new order placed separately.


United Kingdom (UK) Cancellation Rights

UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the items under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

This right does not apply to:

  • Opened or used sealed goods (including food and supplements)
  • Orders returned due to failed delivery attempts

Where cancellation applies, items must be returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.


European Union Cooling-Off Period

Customers in the European Union may cancel their order within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in original packaging. Return shipping costs apply.


Refunds

Once a returned order is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Funds typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds may be reduced by:

  • Original delivery/postage charges (non-refundable once dispatched)
  • A 10% re-stocking fee, where applicable
